Negative Calories Recipe

To lose weight, bet on negative calorie foods! One may ask, what are they and why are they called “negative calories”? And most importantly, do they really help to slim down? The answer is yes! The negative calorie foods are fruits and vegetables low in calories. Consuming foods with negative calories makes it possible to eat vitamins and not very energetic but, above all, to increase energy expenditure (and calories), every day and lose more weight!

On the vegetable side, cabbage, spinach, pepper, cucumber, carrot, celery, zucchini, asparagus, tomato, leek, lettuce and radish are reputed to have a “consumer digestion metabolism” of energy (and be negative calories). On the fruit side, it’s the lemon, the watermelon, pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, apricot, apple, peach and mango that are concerned.

So, it’s here!

As you know, there are no miracle diets. All require an effort on our part. This does not mean, for example, that by taking lemon and ginger you will lose weight each week if you continue to consume fats, sugars and industrial food. You will have to keep a balance, and this herbal tea element are the ideal complements that when taken correctly, can be of great help.

  3. 150 grams of lean ham diced
  4. 2 shallots
  5. some capers
  6. 3 c. tablespoon of olive oil
  7. 1 C. sherry vinegar

Finally, to change your diet, it is necessary to reduce the caloric intake moderately, i.e. first the fat and the fast sugars. It is essential to respect good dietary practices. Remember that to lose weight permanently, it is better to make some food adjustments and some exercises rather than deprive yourself unnecessarily.
